Irony of the night!

moon

My room, is full of books, full of parts,
Walls are so high, yet unable to see the stars,
And when I look at the roof, I see dark!
Shattered silence, unable to cross it’s path!

And when I open the window, wind comes inside,
With it’s ‘shooon’ it breaks the shattered shy!
And I close my eyes to feel it deeply,
It vanishes, as there was nothing previously!

And then, I look at the moon and smile.
As, my dearest secrets he has, that he hides.
I wave at him and check that noone is watching.
Relaxed me, for him I start to sing lullaby!

And moon sleeps! Take cloud as his blanket,
Then I start to gaze stars in night’s velvet.
I try to count them, but all are not visible,
Or maybe they just twinkle and go invisible!

Again I’m left with none other than darkness
Closing the window, and my eyes trying to seek rest.
And my mind asks me ‘wanhien!’
Cradling me to sleep, my imagination sings me the same lullaby!
